• The Midland Southern is a free-lanced HO scale Midwestern railroad set in the 1960's and 1970's.
• The railroad is bridge route between "North Burlington" and "South Island."
• The 435 foot (7.25 scale miles) mainline contains 20 towns and 4 interchanges arranged in a continuous loop.
• The layout covers an area of roughly 2000 square feet.
